Amazing service!! Danielle and Josh are a huge help, really knows their stuff and friendly!! Only have come in a couple times and have been greeted by them, great experience!
Maybe Psychotropic medications is what some of you whiners need instead of cannabis .....holy hell. Never had a problem getting what I wanted or friendliness from everyone well I dealt with.
Okay, everytime I stop in, I am warmly greeted by "Smiles". She's a huge ray of sunshine whenever I stop in. Friendly, knowledgeable, and the warmest greeting I've had in all of Stratford. The service she provides makes me excited to come back. I hope she sees this and continue the excellent work. You can't ask for a better Budtender in the Stratford area.
I went in one day and was helped by a guy named Josh who just seemed very dismissive and rude, one of my friends went there to buy vape juice and was told that the vape store within True north was closed during the stores normal operating hours but when i came back at the same time the vape shop was open, i will not be coming back for my flower or my vape supplies and i recommend going somewhere else
If I could leave zero!!! Just left. Zero helpful. Zero nice. To the point of being creepy. Will NOT be back. I will drive the extra couple of blocks for a friendly experience. Fire this guy
