Meeting with Char at True North is like going to therapy on steroids. It is truly amazing! She is able to get to the very core of what you are struggling with and help you release it quickly. I highly recommend her!
Tru North Brain center is life changing! Charlotte, Kara, and Steve are the absolute best people ever and care so deeply about every client they have!! I have had about 4 treatments so far and I have noticed that I am sleeping more deeply and waking up more refreshed . I have noticed that I have a much more positive outlook on life and just dealing with stress and anxiety . I am not near as stressed or anxious as I used to be. My daughter came with me to an appointment and Charlotte gifted her a wonderful CD full of positive affirmations in the form of songs. My son is 2.5 years old, and when I say we’ve tried everything, I mean EVERYTHING to try to get some sleep. Since he was a newborn he has *never* slept longer than a 4 hour chunk without waking up, fussing, and then—because he had really bad reflux and asthma—- projectile vomiting all over himself, his bedding and who ever was comforting him.
