I had very successful session with True nature therapies. Highly recommended
I went to see Julie for Hypnosis for two limiting beliefs that I needed help to shake. After the first session, my life started to change and after practicing self-hypnosis (which Julie guides you to do at home) things changed further. I completely believe in this process and have even decided to study hypnosis after this treatment. Julie has been doing this for 14 years, there is nobody with more experience in our area. Do it. Absolutely do it.
I highly recommend Julie's Hypnosis for insomnia. I found her when I was desperate looking for a solution to my ongoing issue due to lack of sleep - as it was affecting my life too much. I found Julie's combined counseling prior to hypnosis also helpful. Following the 1st hypnosis I rested for days like I had never done before.
