Absolutely abusive. Some guy phones me, uses the wrong name, doesnt I'd himself starts asking me about my Medicare coverage again without identifying being from Spin life and wonders why I'm giving him atttitude. Had wiring installed from the battery to the trailer hitch for power to my mobility cart hitch/lift attachment on my new truck. They did not secure the wiring/cable to the truck frame and the wiring dropped down and rested on the exhaust pipe. I did not have the hitch unit attached at the time; it may have caused a short or possible fire on the system had power been running through the cable.
