I brought my daughter to get her ears pierced by Owen. He and the True Love team really live up to (and exceed) expectations. I was especially impressed by the time and effort put into explaining, educating and seeking consent. We can't recommend the experience highly enough!
These guys helped me when I needed it most! I got a my first piercing at a different shop and it suddenly became embedded. Owen made time for me and was so gentle getting it out, and then helped me replace it and gave me some advice for helping it heal. 10/10 experience, and WAY cheaper than going to urgent care! Thank you!!
Owen and his team were absolutely amazing with our 5 year old daughter for her first earlobe piercing, this RN mom was impressed with his infection control, consent and making sure our daughter felt comfortable. She said “it didnt even hurt!” He took his time with the education after and his front desk staff was also so helpful friendly and we’d go back and recommend in a heartbeat!
Brought my six-year-old son here to get his ear pierced with Owen. My son was incredibly scared and Owen, as well as Mike, were fantastic. Super patient and really understanding. Very good talking to kids. Can’t say enough nice things about these folks.
