These people are horrible . I made two orders by mistake. I immediately sent out an email to cancel one of the orders with no response. I called multiple times , nobody answered. I finally got someone on the phone ,one minute after receiving a notification saying it shipped . So of course they couldn’t do anything about it at that point .

Just ordered a bunch of seeds from them, there’s 1/10 of the amount the seeds there should be. This is your number two of this nonsense. They suck.
I had ordered some strawberry plants on clearance. Shipping speed was good and they were well packaged. When they arrived and I planted them, the survival rate wasn’t great. I called and was hoping to get partial store credit. Instead, they refunded the whole amount that I had paid. They were super friendly and professional and I told the receptionist that they know just how to make a customer want to come back. I will definitely be buying more from them in the future!
