First time ordering from this company. It came in cute, eco friendly packaging. Even the smallest seed packs come with a really good amount of seeds if you’re a solo gardener. 10/10 incredible company. There was a mistake with my order and something got left out of a shipment. I spoke with a customer service agent. She was an actual person, not AI and she was so kind and immediately fixed it and got the missing items sent to me. I’m so impressed with this company and I’m so happy I chose to actually go through the company versus just purchasing from Amazon.
I can recognize customers service and seed quality are top priority for this company. The shipping was so fast and free in my case. It’s easy to order from different channels including Amazon. I have followed this company for a long time and every order is always better experience. Keep growing it!
These people are horrible . I made two orders by mistake. I immediately sent out an email to cancel one of the orders with no response. I called multiple times , nobody answered. I finally got someone on the phone ,one minute after receiving a notification saying it shipped . So of course they couldn’t do anything about it at that point .
Best seed company and will use them in future purchases
