I expected a counseling office to feel calm, respectful, and well-managed. That was not my experience here. This was not the right place for us. The office may work for some people, but my experience left me with very little confidence in their process. Things felt rushed, unclear, and not especially thoughtful for a setting where people are coming in with sensitive concerns. This place is a lifesaver for me. I had tried talk therapy many times and was always let down. I felt like many therapists were intimidated by my issues and didn't want to try and help me. Graciela matched me with Sabrina, who is so kind and understanding and respectful to me, she really gets what I am going through. I am really looking forward to working more with her.
