Kim provides an enjoyable experience from the minute you meet her. Her experience and variety of massage styles allows her to really cater to your needs. I really enjoyed the cupping and scraping addition to my session as it really broke down those stubborn muscles to ensure that the massage effects last well beyond the session. Cannot recommend Kim with True Form Day Spa enough!

I got an 80 minute massage from Kim recently and she did an amazing job releasing the tension in my muscles! The best part of the massage for me was when she massaged my face! Since she is an Aesthetician she really knows her way around face without pulling on your skin in the wrong direction!

Kim is fantastic! I got a deep tissue massage, and she used cupping and blading techniques to amplify the results. She asked great discovery questions, got to know what activities I do and used all of that information to create a customized treatment. I've sent multiple friends to her already!
