I have had bad experiences with banks and credit unions, but this one takes the cake. Terrible customer service, unwilling to accommodate a financial hardship in any way. They led me around on a rope, putting obstacles in my way at every turn, then said, "Sorry, we can't help you." If you want customer service, look elsewhere.
