Recently I dealt with Dan C at the Grass Lake branch, he went way above and beyond helping me with my questions and concerns
Edited to add it took them a long time but they finally did fix the debit card problem. It should not have taken him as long as it did. I am not criticizing a staff member for a deep problem with this credit Union having debit cards that do not work in a lot of the businesses that I need to work with. There is a problem with the coding and it is a deep problem and I am actively looking for a different place to run my business and my home finances. The fact that you're not willing to solve the problem is my issue.
