Fast, friendly, helpful!
This is for the amazing ladies at the Grass Lake location that helped me when I was desperate. I moved to Chelsea four years ago from California so my credit union was still out there, I kept getting misinformation from both my own credit union, and many local CU s. But TRU Community had the corrected information, and handled it professionally, and I was able to get the money that I needed. I’m definitely gonna go here from now on and highly recommend it.
Setting up my new account online and then finishing up in the office was an easy process. Very convenient and quick service.
They were very easy to work with and understood all my concerns when i had them .
