I Went in today to discuss a some things, Imani was super helpful and walked me thru the steps, she listened to my concerns and walked me thru the process to completion, was super patient. And helpful, made my super busy morning MUCH easier! And to add to this just recently, I Was caught between a rock and a hard place, I I called and spoke with Tasha over the phone and she was able to help out immensely after doing some legwork herself, which I appreciate immensely she was able to reverse the charges. It really frustrates me that they're so nice... I have gone in twice now AFTER opting out things such as using my savings to cover purchases, or allowing ALL debited transactions through. And ive changed my debit card once already. Im tired of having to check my account DAILY even when its not being used. Ive shut off ALL AUTOPAY - and somehow STILL this morning they pull from my rent money for something I DONT HAVE. Now I have to wait 2.5 hours dying inside because they dont open until 9:30 😭 I shouldn't have to keep going... read more
