I Went in today to discuss a some things, Imani was super helpful and walked me thru the steps, she listened to my concerns and walked me thru the process to completion, was super patient. And helpful, made my super busy morning MUCH easier! And to add to this just recently, I Was caught between a rock and a hard place, I I called and spoke with Tasha over the phone and she was able to help out immensely after doing some legwork herself, which I appreciate immensely she was able to reverse the charges.
