If I could leave a zero I would. The employees at the location genuinely pleasant. Management on the other hand absolute zeros. Took over an hour to close a deceased relatives account and had to argue with them the entire time. They finally realized we had the proper paperwork. To make it even more frustrating they charged $10 for the notary that was necessary. Free for members, but not for their loved ones closing their account. Truly evil management and ownership!
