Was relocated from Oceanfront accommodations to True Blue 71B. The unit was a 7 to 10 minute drive to the beach. The unit was absolutely filthy. Walking in the unit with socks or bare feet they became BLACK with dirt. Had to throw clothing away, they were disgusting. Not sure when the last time was that the rugs were vacuumed. Attached is a picture of what the HVAC filter looked like. Avoid this unit.

Not what we expected. This was our second time at True Blue and it was a step away from disaster. It was like we had the original unit. The unit was dark dreary and not cleaned. The patio had spider webs and dust everywhere. The dinning room chairs were all wobbly and unsafe to sit in. The bath in the main bedroom backed up. Too much to list. Stayed in Unit 4F at 93 Pinehurst Drive. 2BR unit is nice, but very noisy. The customer service by Litchfield Company is not up to standards. We arrived at our designated move-in of 4PM, waited 45 minutes in line, then were told that the unit was not cleaned and that we would need to return in an hour for the keys. No apologies for the long wait or for the unit not being ready as advertised. The unit itself was nicely appointed (we rented through Marriott Homes and Villas). However, it was very loud.
