I paid off my car early and requested a refund (prorated) for my warranty amount I didn’t use and I am struggling to get anyone on the phone. The call dropped and went to voicemail. They don’t have an actual address just someone who accepts payments for them and apparently they work remotely and I wasn’t able to get information given to me for the owner since it was a personal number but as a business when the 1st person is failing at there job you need to be able to speak to someone else higher up. I would NOT recommend this place! I paid off my car finally, and now I am fighting to get my title back from them. I keep calling and it goes straight to voice mail.... I want my title!
I wished I could.offer a better review. They do not report to credit bureau, they send out a repo notice if you are longer than 10 days past due (even if you try and work with them on phone calls)... But was told there was nothing to be done due to policy and the interest rates are grossly unjust or not fair what ever you want to call it. They are legalized loan sharks in my opinion!!!
I've financed 2 vehicles with True Blue, and I am totally satisfied! I will finance my next vehicle with them also, I recommend True Blue financing to anyone who needs a car. Thank you, Steph!
LIARS,AND THEIFS. If you use this company you will regret it. If you make a payment with your debit/credit card they hold your information and make unauthorized charges to it. They are not in the office during the hours they state. In fact your lucky if you can reach anyone. They are shiesty at best. Multiple car lots have started they won't even work with this company any longer. Please save yourself the the stress and remorse. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
