Bec has been a saviour to me multiple times treating my right hip and right shoulder flare ups. I have a nerve sensitivity relating to a cam lesion and during my acute episodes, Bec has been able to relieve the pain and tightness allowing me to resume my usual activities. She also beautifully treated me during the Christmas period when I had a shoulder nerve pain post carrying a heavy bag on holidays. What an amazing Myo, great at her job! Bec helped me with some wrist issues that was becoming tennis elbow with some great massage and dry needling. 10/10 recommend.
Highly Highly Recommend! I visited Bec at True Balance for lower back pain as a result of pregnancy and neck/shoulder tension and she was amazing! I had to bring along my newborn and she was so accommodating, she stopped and rearranged as much as needed so that I could soothe my baby. I had immediate relief and Bec gave me a few stretches that I could do at home.
I highly recommend Bec at True Balance! I recently saw Bec for a lot of lower back, sciatic and pelvic pain due to pregnancy and she was absolutely wonderful. She was constantly checking that I was comfortable on the bed and that I wasn’t squishing my belly. The instant relief I felt after my appointment was amazing, especially after having gone weeks with just dealing with it. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
