9/2026 update - I have also received massages from Bailey and Rebecca who are both professional and knowledgeable about musculature & both use great technique. Ute has been helping me heal my hip pain - gluteus medius atrophy. From the first few treatments, I felt relief from hip pain that has bothered me for more than 20 years! Check out their donation based Wednesday night breathwork class for some life changing tools and a great little community gathering or book a massage or other session/class in their clean quiet facility
This is the best place I have been to have a massage! Bailey Oliveira is the best massage therapist!! She really listens and always addresses any issues I have during the massage! She's a caring and wonderful person!
I've had an amazing massage experience at True Balance. Rebecca's massage techniques are wonderful, I felt extremely relaxed, the light to moderate pressure I requested was perfectly performed. The ambience was warm and inviting. The hot towels on my back and feet were a pleasant surprised. The massage time was not rushed, it was well thought out and organized.
