Great customer service ~ very professional, prompt & polite.
Had Josh and his crew install a media system for our new home. He worked with me in what I wanted and tried not to oversell me on components like other outfits. Once we were set on the system he had the components in the timeframe he promised and installation was quick. Has always been responsive to follow-up and the family has truly enjoyed the system. Would do business again with Josh and his team.
These two guys are great, they came out as promised and did more than they had to do to install my wall mounted TV on our outdoor fireplace. I strongly recommend True AV Solution for your next project.
