Ashley was just amazing, she was just so great and helped my daughter get back to netball after her ankle injury.

Ashley understood and explained my hamstring issues very well. The rehab program she gave me was effective and gave me lots of confidence to return to running.
Max is fantastic, my wife and I see him as our Osteo. He’s friendly, kind and highly effective. His style of adjustment is a balance between finesse and force, as in he is able to get the little adjustments as well as the big ones that require strength to achieve. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an effective Osteo.
