Mitch is great and helped me figure out my issues straight away!
Mitch is extremely thorough. He treats but also looks to prevent further injuries. He’s been fantastic with both our children ages 12 & 14 who play a lot of sport & required management of knee pain due to growth. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend True Active Physio. Mitchell helped my daughter recover from a calf strain. His care, attention to detail and support through her recovery process has been amazing. He was always available for questions and he and the whole team made the process so easy in regards to booking appointments and information post sessions.
