Saw Mitchell Walker who was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Can’t recommend True Active enough, great staff and facilities. Was bearing a hip injury from work that kept getting worse, with no idea how to manage it. Went to True Active for an initial consult where my injury was quickly identified and massage treatment was administered, providing a great deal of pain and muscle tightness relief. I left with a full understanding of what my injury was and given recovery exercises.
True Active Physiotherapy have been fantastic to work with. Ashley Chong really listened to my concerns and goals and has supported me with effective exercise plans that have built my strength and flexibility after bilateral hip replacements. I have recently started group exercise classes, still with individual attention and at the exact right level for me to keep improving without injury. Very grateful for finding this great local business.
