You would think if you told them your loved one died and they had their will with them the response would be sorry in some sort of way. They responded you have to make an appointment which was 4 days away. No sympathy and no customer service. Even the lawyer didn't send his condolences when he called back and spoke with everyone.
Great attorneys and staff. Friendly, effective, knowledgeable and well familiar with the chief judicial staff members such as the District Judges. Office is in "small town" setting outside of hustle and bustle of the big city. Also well recommended by other members of the Alabama Bar Association.
