Have a very strong case of wage theft of over $30k and was told he wouldn't take it on because it's not a big enough case, so if it's not a mega carrier and worth millions dont waste your time
I've called them 3 times. Left 3 voice mails. I've haven't gotten a call back from them. Makes me wonder who they help when companies ripoff they're drivers. I have multiple people that have worked for this company looking for help.
I recommend truckers to use Truckers Justice for legal matters,they very helpful with me and my case
Paul Taylor is an excellent attorney because he is the god father of STAA, not an understatement. He'll fight for your rights and be your best advocate. You have to be honest with Paul and yourself though. Don't lie and waste the man's time.
