Bob is a nice guy but Diane is incompetent and the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. I had Truckee Tax Pros prepare my elderly mother’s taxes (she lives out of state in a nursing home) and they filed them for the wrong State. Diane told me that it was no big deal, there’s no need to re-file in the correct State because it wouldn’t make a difference.
