Terrible experience with sales at the Reno store. No communication. Sent all 16’ materials when 8’ was ordered, mike knew we were installing a fence and stacked all materials backwards so we have to dig though everything to get to our posts on the bottom to even start, concrete never showed on delivery day with no communication and my crew couldn’t start work that day because of the lack of communication.
Terrible customer service. Probably would have been easier and faster to have cut down the trees and made the lumber myself. Wont be using TTLco again, too many other great options in Reno / Truckee
