Well, looking for parts as an individual. The guy on front desk has a Napa shirt, he ask questions like we know ratios, exact mm measures, then when finally, with a very easy couple questions, like year and kind of vehicle, found what I need, but when he told me the price, wow! !! 100 dollars more then the brand new in the dealer, are you nuts, that's a robbery, we go to you're places cause dealers are expensive then....
