Very bad warranty I purchased there best warranty and paid $8000 dollars and after 11 months I tried to field a claim and the my track was at the Cummins dealer the didn’t approve any thing even the dealer was very surprised so I will never recommend it to no buddy
I’ve had Truck Master Warranty on 2 of my trucks and they have never took care of any problems my trucks have had. I paid for the best package to cover everything and still nothing. The only answer they will tell you it’s wear and tear so they can’t honor the repair . please if I was you I would try somebody else. Didn't have a problem with my warranty. Travis approve my claim within a matter of two days thanks again guys
My cam shaft went out and it wasn’t covered under my plan. I took my chances and called the claims department anyway. They investigated and discovered that the rocker arm caused the damage. So the cam was covered under what they call “progressive damage”. Glad I called. Saved me a money. 10/10.
I bought master truck warranty for my truck a year ago, I used it 2 times already for problems with my truck. Everything worked well and there is no problems with processing the claims. Will recommend definitely.
