My company name is RavenWolf Transport, I have been with ProDispatch for a little over a year now, I have not had any issues with them since i have started my own trucking buisness. They will find the best loads that they can for you, if they find a load that does not fit what you want they will call you to see if it is ok the book the load so they can get you into a better area with better rates. Chad has been my dispatcher for about 10 months. For being a first time owner operator he couldn’t have made easier for keeping me loaded. Not only is he an exceptional dispatcher he has become a good friend. Someone I can bounce ideas and problems off of and will give me his gods honest opinion. So thankful I was referred to Prodispatch and more thankful I ended up with chad Govian as my dispatcher.
the dispatcher with whom he worked was pesimo, he never answers the phone, he wants to work with a pure message, if he gets sick there is no one to look for another load or solve any inconvenience, they work until 4:30 every day, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday they do not work hard looking for cargo, they put you in place and then they take you out of places with low charges, in itself very bad experience with that company I do not recommend it
Have done a great job keeping us rolling and they have been great towards us in helping us grow
