I cannot recommend Hilary and her team at Truce Nutrition enough! She is so attentive, knowledgeable, and is an excellent listener. I've achieved nutrition goals that I once thought were impossible. I would not be where I am in my ED recovery if it wasn't for her!
Hilary is an amazing dietician!! Very warm, empathetic, kind, and thorough!
Truce Nutrition is your trusted practice for eating disorder nutrition specialists. If you are you or your loved one is struggling with an eating disorder, do not spin your wheels or take a chance on not getting the proper care, be sure to contact Truce Nutrition. You wont regret it!
I attribute so many of my healthy eating habits and overall attitude towards food to meeting with Hilary for nearly a year. It was about finding balance and removing the negative thinking that would lead to my issues with eating - and she definitely helped me find this! Thank you
