I had $16,000 in my savings account. Somehow I made a mistake and went negative in my checking account. Dave from the Norwalk branch called me and asked if I would like to transfer money to cover the negative balance. Of course I said yes and thanked him. Little did I know that he ran the check through twice before the “courtesy call “ and charged me for both overdrafts!!!! I closed Both my accounts immediately and will never bank with them again.
