We love this company. Justine has been to our home twice now and has been excellent. Very professional and easy to speak with.
We scheduled an appointment with Tru-Tech to move a TV from one room to another. Our tech, Justin, arrived on time and gave us excellent service. We asked him to address a few other issues we had like streaming. Justin was efficient, friendly, very customer service-oriented and precise in his work. We had an excellent experience with Justin and highly recommendTru-Tech.
We drove up from South Florida Keys after talking to these guys on the phone. We dropped off our CD player for repair and picked it up a week later and drove home. At home we tested the player but it did not work, still broken and still is. We called them and the best they could do was say they repaired it and it worked. These guys cheated us pure and simple. We will not recommend them or go back there. They refused to give us any of our money back.

Jason replaced the glass/lcd on my iPhone 6. First time it glitched second time the top is coming apart. I paid close to $200. Service sucked and I got ripped off. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
