This has been the worst experience ever! Please Do Not do any business here at TRU TAX ACCOUNTING SOLUTIONS in Douglasville Ga. Sherrita Nelson lack Professionalism: Appointments were frequently rescheduled without adequate notice, causing significant inconvenience. Poor Communication: Communication was abysmal. Tried to figure out what was going on w/ my taxes, since she claims to have so many years of experience in the industry, & she decides to argue w/ me, & this isn’t the 1st time. I don’t appreciate that as somebody giving her my business. Honestly wish I didn’t have to pay her for her services cause she’s been really rude since about 3-4 weeks of me not receiving my taxes. This lady ain't to be trusted doing taxes. Avoid Sherritta Nelson. She never told me the refund amount to expect or her fee for preparing. I found out months later the amount and she pocketed over 3000 bucks of my refund. Stay away from this crook.Run fast away from this crook.👍
