Definitely a waste of my time. Thought I’d try through Groupon but luckily I got a full refund. Very rude people running this unorganized “business”. The female owner talks condescendingly and chastises like you’re a child and the boy is just as bad. I do highly recommend Olga’s deep tissue massage off of Bouquet Cyn Rd. She’s more expensive but wonderful and very sweet and punctual.
I was trying to find the place so I called, then Roza answered. Instead of helping me, she insisted that I’ve already been there. Telling her I haven’t been there before and asking if she can help , she replied “are you def?!” then goes on a screaming rampage of how rude I am and how she’s the business owner, this and that. It was the most ridiculous, unprovoked, psychotic outbreak I’ve ever witnessed. I feel really bad for the family. Get some help lady
Roza is amazing and takes into consideration your health, spots you want to focus on, etc. I haven’t had a massage in years and she made sure to adjust the pressure so it would not hurt. My body definitely needed that after a very difficult year (a lot of medical trauma and procedures and a month in the hospital). Felt great and definitely will be back!
Roza is absolutely the best! I had literally the best massage today, best price and quality. I did the Hot Stone Massage, it was so relieving & relaxing! I came back home like a new person. Easy to book/make appts. Coming back again 100%!
I’ve been seeing Roza for quite some time now and won’t see anyone else for my massage needs! I used to live in Santa Clarita but have since moved to Thousand Oaks and STILL make the drive to see her! I have chronic back pain and work a pretty physical job where im standing and bending all day so I try to see Roza regularly to help fix me back up when I overwork myself. She is so so sweet and such a genuine person and is amazing at what she does. I refer everyone I can to her! Thank you Roza!
