By far one of the worst experiences with filling taxes. False advertise a promo and never got the trip. Then had to threaten to sye in order to get my refund they claimed they had sent out already but when the check came in the mail they hadn't sent it at all until i threatened them. I then later found out the tax office listed is not an actual business in the plaza [at the time i check] the fews are higher then any major company over $500 Don't waste your time!!! They are impossible to contact once they get what they want from you. After reading these reviews I may open an investigation to look into their activities.
The Fees are ridiculous...Also our information was to be submitted...when the 21 days was up, instead of the preparer notifying us that it didn't go through, it supposively was submitted a 2nd , 21 days passed again , still nothing When preparer is questioned about the situation, they are not being straight forward, or giving excuses...DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this Company...Very Unprofessional...Also they are not at the Atlanta Address anymore
I’m just highly upset because I was blinded by all those fees that I knew nothing about. I didn’t receive the amount I was told I would, I take some responsibility but had I known all the fees upfront and saw the document after preparation I would have never agreed and signed to pay that much. Especially because it wasn’t told to me the correct amount so I’m disappointed. The girl was super nice but that was unfair. Those fees are ridiculously high.
