Had been a client with them for years before getting married. I was told last year they couldn't help me file because I was married and they were not accepting new clients. So then they sent me over to a tax guy in Illinois that they highly recommended....another year goes by and that so called professional has had all of our paperwork/information and has yet to file! My family has been using TRS for more than 2 decades! I will not recommend them any longer. Do better! Take care of your long term clients!
Initial meeting with Royce to do my 2015 tax return was great but all subsequent communication and service by the company over the last three years has been bad. It appears that they do not care for my business most clearly demonstrated by the fact that they do not respond to my emails.
