I transferred my mortgage last year and it's been 7 plus months I am still waiting on a balance that is being owed to me. Everytime I called I get told I send an emergency request and they will follow up with me in 2 days but again no follow up is being made. The lack of professionalism and communication is very poor. I will never recommend doing business with them.

Par la suite, un rendez-vous notarial confirmé a été déplacé et le dossier retiré, avec l’indication que nous serions rappelés, ce qui n’a jamais été fait. Nous nous sommes déplacés inutilement.
