Be weary of their timing goals. Straight forward estate took 23 months to finalize minus the normal industry average of 6-9 months. Granted this was during Covid which I’m sure contributed to the delays, but when multiple heirs are unemployed due to the virus some sense of urgency would have been appreciated.
