Depending on what direction you are coming in from, you may not see the truck entrance sign. If you see a blue building on the right hand side of the road with shipping/receiving on the gate, that is not the road you want to down. Keep driving straight and you will see the company and a no truck sign, make a right hand turn at the next entry. Park in the dirt lot or gravel shoulder right outside the gate. Just keep the gate clear so trucks can get in and out. Then walk up to the guard shack and ring the receiving office with the telephone. They make you wait until right at your appointment time before you can check in. Unless you are delivering chicken you will go through the gate right next to the guard shack and you'll line up with the assigned door. If I could they would get negative stars because of how rude they are that i need to get some balls on the phone they provide for the driver's and speak up and said something else that i won't post on what they said and according to the broker and my company that my appointment time was 8.46 and they said that it wasn't till 9.45 and we make the appointment times not them. They should be polite to the driver's that keep them in a job that brings them the product to keep this place running.
Very friendly staff fast unloading backing into the chicken dock is tricky
