Purchased a double wall bed. The process from start to finish was excellent. Our first contact was with Ruben who went beyond what we expected to get the bed delivered in time ready for the installer. Arturo and Muss installed the bed. They did an excellent job being very particular and we are extremely happy with the end result. They arrived on time keeping us informed re their arrival time via sms. Product is of great quality, installation of the product wasnt great. Fixings has affected a sliding door in the wall cavity the product is connected to and the installers damaged three pavers in my front yard and only admitted it once i called them out on it, instead of coming forward and admitting they had damaged them.
Visited the Melbourne showroom with my wife yesterday, Ruben was there to help us with our choice. He was very accomodating and answered patiently all our questions. Thank you for helping us pick the right choice for our apartment. We are excited to have our vertical bed and small book shelves installed soon. Very good investment! Got our new murphy bed installed, the only issue was that the installer was an hour late, at least he communicated it to me. Still happy with how it looked.
