My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We closed this past Friday and if I could give Troy and his team (McKayla and Mike) 100 stars I would. From our very first phone call with Troy 7 months ago to our last conversation, on the day of closing, the process was seamless. Please consider this note as a testament to Troy Ross and his team at Citizens Bank. I initially met with Troy to apply for a loan to renovate my apartment in New York City. The process was complicated because I am involved in a start up business and my expenses offset income and other banks I had spoken with were unable to help me. Stay away from this Lender and his entire organization at Citizens One, including his assistant Susie Woods. I have spoken to Troy and Susie back in July to obtain a mortgage pre-qualification. I had asked multiple times not to have my credit pulled, verbally and in writing, as I was evaluating several lenders at the time and simply wanted to get information on potential interest rates.
