I had an experience with this center over 2 years ago that still eats at me to this day. My grandmother was placed in this center and to put it lightly, the level of neglect here was outstanding. Prior to her stay, my grandmother was admitted at a near by hospital where the staff was more than attentive to her, especially with the fact that she does not speak English. Very welcoming staff. Management, nursing and even kitchen staff treated me kindness and respect. Very genuine as well as sincere. Will work here again!
