Troy was ALWAYS THERE whenever we had any questions. He also gave us a Reverse Mortgage questions book, to find any answers we might have had. Troy had the knowledge, and if he didn't know the answer, he would check with whoever knew the answer! It was a very positive experience. We would give him a 5 star review out of 5.

Troy was such a pleasure to work with. He's extremely patient, open, honest, and communicative. He meets you where you're at and understands the process is different with each individual. I definitely appreciated Troy and would recommend him to anyone. I had such a great experience with him purchasing my first home.
