Excellent. Highly recommend. Crashed my snowboard and hurt my back in March. Suffered for another 7 weeks thinking it would get better on its own. It didn’t. Had 3 treatments in total but after the second one I no longer had any pain. Over the moon. Thank you Claire.

I booked in for an initial assessment with Helen due to shin splints and couldn’t believe how much information and support I received in just the first session. This was followed up with a plan for exercises and stretches to do at home. I’ve seen Helen a further two times and have seen such a huge improvement, really pleased I booked in. Highly recommend 😊
