Wish I had seen these other reviews before I ordered from this "company". Placed my order August 18, 2019 and they certainly charged my credit card right away, not just pending. Any other place, the charges are pending until shipped. I've tried calling, sending emails and not a word from them. Luckily, my credit card company will remove the charge but it still sucks that these jerks have been paid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
Placed an order on June 19, 2019. I have heard nothing. I have left a message on phone sent emails and messages on line. No response. DO NOT order from them!
Buyers BEWARE. My Wife ordered a ladder from here. They say they ship within “10 of their business days” or less depending on the season. She placed her order in April. We’ve heard nothing from them. We’ve called and left voicemails and have sent email after email since they say they are in a dead zone?? And they will reply quicker to emails. Nope they sure don’t. Don’t order online you’ll pay upfront for the items ordered but you will not ever see what you ordered.
