The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Seems they only want to foreclose. Been going back and forth with these crooks since 9/15/2015. They have not been able to answer any of my questions and have been proven wrong on amounts that have already been paid. How in the heck did David Trott get elected to congress. Oh that's right he bought his seat for 5 million.
STAY AWAY!!!! – This company cost me alot of money, not to mention I now have a foreclosure on my credit report!!!! They were supposed to be helping with me with a deed in lieu of foreclosure!!! WHAT A JOKE!!! I called them several times and they kept telling me they would call when they had an answer from my mortagage company. I just called and they told me "Oh we closed your file, and your house was just sold in a sherriff sale" WHAT!? They lied and said there was a form I didn't send in on time!!!! This company puts add in local paper, then when you do your part to clear it up they won't take it out of your paper. The girls that answer the phone are very rude and not nice at all. WATCHOUT
Shady Lawyers – Watch out for Trott & Trott.. They are gonna take everything from you if you find yourself in foreclosure.
