Very disappointed with the service NOT provided upon a cruise return. We booked private car service both ways from FLL airport to the Hilton, then from cruise port to FLL. They didn’t have a private car available for the return to FLL and said we should just take their shuttle. That’s not what we reserved and had no way to get to the shuttle given where the private cars are designated to pick up passengers. My ride from the airport to our hotel was fantastic. Our trip from the ship to the airport was probably one of the worst experiences I've had with a shuttle driver ever. We were out ready to go a little early and my cell coverage was bad in the terminal. I had to walk to get coverage but had no information about where to meet our driver and the Ft. We had them booked for 3 trips through our cruise vacation. We booked them for a private ride since I have young kids and need car seats (especially for the baby). On our first pickup at the airport, they were 40 minutes late and the infant car seat we requested was not installed and the driver had no idea how to install it. would highly recommend this company to anyone travelling with littles requiring car seats. we have used them several times and they continue to go above and beyond for us !
I cannot say enough good things about this shuttle company. Our flight was delayed, and when I called to adjust our pickup time, the process was unbelievably easy and stress-free—no hassle at all. Once I mentioned that we were heading to a cruise, the driver immediately took that into consideration and made sure we arrived at the port on time, which gave me so much peace of mind while traveling with my family.
