Sept ‘25- booked again for our cruise because our experience last time was so great and they did not disappoint. Both of our drivers were fantastic, friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. We were earlier getting off our ship than expected and they were able to accommodate us and gave us some recommendations for a family activity while our hotel room wasn’t being prepared. Great private transfer with car seat and booster seat. We took service from FLL to Ft. Lauderdale port. Polite and patient staff. We left a sweater in the car and it was mailed back at no cost to us. Very helpful and responsive. Would definitely use this service again.
I experienced top-notch, customer service thorough out both trips. If needed, I would certainly utilize this service again.
