We had the best experience with this company! Took us too and from the airport for our cruise vacation, AND from port to hotel. We had private transfers with a suburban and the car seat was installed and ready for our daughter. The car was clean and comfortable. Antwon was our driver each time and he was kind and on time. I would only use this company versus an Uber or Lyft. We are so thankful for the experience we had and will only be using them in the future!
We booked with Tropical transports for 3 separate trips on our cruise vacation. With 4 year old twins and a 1 year old all still in car seats I was very anxious about finding reliable transportation that would have multiple car seats available. We were going to have to book 3 separate Ubers every time we traveled from hotel/airport/cruise port due to most ride shares only offering 1 car seat. Tanesha was amazing! She had great communication and was even early picking us up! She was kind and helpful, and made us laugh. She was encouraging and patient with our kids as well! We will definitely use you all again and recommend to others!
Tropical Transport were so amazing to work with. Communication was easy, they were prompt, Antoine was super awesome with the kids taking pictures for them before safely transporting them to and from their prom. We used this Company for both a cruise pick up and drop off at the fort lauderdale cruise port with our two kids and the service was perfect. Great communication in both instances and the driver showed up in a clean van with the proper requested car seats. We will most definitely be using Tropical Transports and Tours in the future for any bookings in an around FLL. Thanks again!
