They were really nice and fixed the glasses screw for free!
I have been taking my grandson here for over 7 years and had great service. The optometrist, Dr Victor Room is exceptional, he diagnosed my grandson eye problem without the hospital specialist information. I heard Judy mentioned a lot and she is the best. Only issue is around the time children go back to school, late July thru August, you can't get appointments immediately. There is an understandable longer wait.
“Assistant Manager” Paola answered the phone and told me I’d have to wait a month to be scheduled. I said that’s fine may I please speak to the manager and she continued to say “She’s going to say the same thing.” I replied that’s fine I rather speak to a manager than a regular employee. She said oh but I’m the assistant manager. I didn’t ask for the assistant I asked for the manager. Said the manger would call back in 30 minutes. I always have a great experience. Excellent service. The staff works in a professional and timely manner ❤️ highly recommend
I’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue, last month I called to make an appointment and they told me it would take a month until I can be seen fine I took it the week before my appointment I call again to ask what time I gad my appointment for and turns out they never actually scheduled me in now I’m left with no appointment needed new glasses and every time I go the doctor is never in or he happened to leave early worst place ever.
