This group supported me and my hubby when we were travelling FNQ recently - hubby took sick & was hospitalised in Cairns. I had to rearrange accommodation, flights back Sydney twice, getting to the rental place to collect the car - with pick up and delivery over weekends twice - and they were superb. Caring and truly and helpful in really practical ways. I won’t use anyone else from now on. I’ve highly recommended them to a friend who will be up there soon… cannot recommend d this group highly enough.
We booked online and had confirmation; but when we went to collect the car, the disinterested lad told us it wasn't available. We asked what he meant, and he said it was at Palm Cove. We asked if we could go there to get it. He then said it wasn't available yet. Then he said it had a cracked windscreen. TBH, we felt he was making excuses. He was.
