We booked online and had confirmation; but when we went to collect the car, the disinterested lad told us it wasn't available. We asked what he meant, and he said it was at Palm Cove. We asked if we could go there to get it. He then said it wasn't available yet. Then he said it had a cracked windscreen. TBH, we felt he was making excuses. He was. Plain simple uncomplicated car hire. Insurance included and very competitive rates. Forget the rest Richard and his team are the best.
