When you call you don’t know if you talking to animal gangster or a person who works for a company. Spanish employees so rude. You can tell someone Spanish is their superior and not getting reprimanded. It’s an on going cycle. Bank employees (the Spanish one)being combative with the consumer. I’m glad I do not bank there. You can’t give less than one star. You can’t get mortgage documents online at all. Evidently their system is based in 1975. They will not email you documents either. It’s been over two weeks waiting on documents and they say that ‘it’s an acceptable time frame’. Worst no-customer service EVER!
They make it extremely difficult to talk to member services. Prepare to wait at least 45 minutes on hold and if you request a call back it will not come. Too difficult and time wasting for me,on to another institution.
I don’t know how a bank can employ staff that’s so incompetent. They do Not follow up with you. BEWARE of Tropical Financial Credit Union with your credit and wasting your time waiting for a response. They have very poor communication and no regards for your requests or time.
by far this is the worse financial institution I ever have to deal with! if you trying to save money DO NOT refinance with this company!!
