I recently visited TFC for the first time because of a recomendation. I made a phone call to see if they handled the type of financial service that I needed, they promptly answered. I visited unanounced, was greeted by a CSR and after a brief wait a manager ushered me into her office and within half an hour my transaction was completed. I called to get my debit card replaced as when I went to publix and another bank ATM my card could not br read as it is damaged. Tried to get the person to send me out another card but somehow everybody in the security services was busy and could not get back to me for maybe two days.That is Unacceptable what happened to customer service? I had a great experience today with Representative Jose who assisted me with fraudulent activity in my checking account. I felt at ease and valued as a member. Jose is an exceptional and highly professional individual, he listened carefully to my concerns and questions.
