I had a really unpleasant experience with the security staff. The security guard with black hair and a beard was incredibly rude. Not only did he make me feel unwelcome, but his attitude was downright disrespectful. When I asked a simple question, he responded in a condescending tone, as if I was bothering him. His lack of professionalism made the entire experience stressful and frustrating. I expect better behavior from people who are supposed to make customers feel safe and secure. TFCU Kendall Branch is everything you would expect in a hometown banking branch, and yet so much more! Whether you are greeted by customer service staff, tellers or the branch manager, you are welcomed and attended to very professionally.
