My 93 year old mother has account here . Called and got appointment for 1220. Was here at 2215. Still not seen. It is after 125. Lady said 15 minutes ago going to lunch then has 1 o'clock appointment with someone else. Mom has to wait till after that. Appointments mean nothing to these people. So 93 year old has to spend 1 1/2 to 2 hours to see anyone.
Horrible customer service. You call and have to wait 30 minutes and when they answered they can not solve the problem. I need to close the account
