Jim the assistant manager has 0 customer service I went in my boss wanted to speak with him over my phone and he treated me with disrespect We been buying off this company for years This guy Jim should not even be working in the front worst customer service ever

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of a return and refund for my recent order. On March 4, 2025, I made a purchase in the amount of $650.17, processed by cashier JKIL. The following day, March 5, 2025, I returned the order. I would give a negative star but there is no option. These people are the biggest scammers. They charge you for warranty parts and refund you later. Since they are the only warranty suppliers here is SW FL, they take advantage of it. Their customer service is horrible. When I called, the guy said are we done? And Hung up on me. Brand named companies have to watch out who represents them.
