I have spent thousands in this store over the last 4 years. My stunning very large rattan wall clock, purchased from here for a few hundred dollars, 3 years ago no longer functions. Well the owner was an absolute dragon! There was zero empathy, understanding, any attempt to even understand my point of view. Went straight to, it only has a 12 month warranty which has expired.
